The National Museum’s Education Officers recently did 5 teacher workshops at previous disadvantage schools – 34 teachers where reached in schools located in the Greater Mangaung area.
The theme for the workshop was “how to make and use your own Environmental Friendly Clay”. The teachers made their own Eco Friendly Clay, received a laminated recipe on how to make the clay and completed some clay model examples for sensory development in their classrooms, amongst other.
