The Education Department at the National Museum was invited by The Biodiversity Education and Public Engagement division at the Free State National Botanical Garden (SANBI) to do a presentation and sharing information on biodiversity management and conservation- with the main focus on the 2023 theme “From Agreement to Action: Build back Biodiversity”.
Mrs Patrys Meyer talked to Gr 11 learners about the work the National Museum do and the role our organisation plays towards contributing to sustaining biodiversity.
We reached a total of 92 school learners and educators for the day.
