In my opinion the best thing to do in Bloemfontein. Entrance fee is extremely cheap but what u get to see I found amazing, especially the archeological excavations from millions of years ago I found fascinating. In the first floor you can walk through Bloemfontein the way it was a hundred years ago. Very well done!
Excellent visit for a family. The museum exceeded my expectations. It is well organised and well informing visit as well. The kids loved it and I enjoyed it as well. It is worthy a visit or two.
I did not know what to expect of this museum but I was pleasantly surprised. I really loved it because it has a lot of life size sculptures, displays and some painting that inform you of the history of the entire Southern African tribes and Bloemfontein too. We got a guide who explained the exhibitions to us. I am a history buff so I was really happy. I cannot wait to return.
